As part of Patron Technology’s Engagement Division, Greencopper is the world’s largest provider of mobile apps and web solutions for live events, and we deliver this technology to over 325 festivals, conferences, and other events in 26 countries, such as Coachella, Osheaga, Lowlands and many more. 

Greencopper is seeking a dynamic UX Designer.  Someone who gets excited about the idea of working closely with product, business and development teams to build phenomenal web and mobile experiences for our customers and our internal and external users!

Do you love mobile and web products? Do you have a strong interest in the event industry? Well, Greencopper has a position for you: we’re looking for a creative UX designer to join our growing team!

As a UX designer, you will be part of the product team and will be responsible for providing meaningful and relevant experiences to users by improving the usability, accessibility and functionality, including branding and design for our solution used by millions of festival and event-goers all around the world.

 Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Support the product team to deliver a top-class user experience for product improvements and customer requests development.

  • Fully understand our users' behaviours and needs by constantly and effectively perform user research (user interviews, focus groups, surveys, personas etc).

  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (Product Managers, UI designers, Sales and Marketing team, Account Managers and Software Developers). 

  • Lay out problematics and  come up with creative and compelling solutions. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups that present the solutions you found.

  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

  • Propose and prioritize user experience improvement ideas for the product.

  • Ensure user-focused copywriting for all product proposals.


  • BA/BS degree or college degree  in graphic design, design communication, industrial design, product-marketing, human-computer interaction, or any related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in UX design in a digital tech company. 

  • Specific experience and knowledge of mobile UX (iOS and Android best practices...). Experience designing Web experiences is a plus.

  • Proficient using UX/UI tools (Sketch, Zeplin, Axure. ..)

  • Strong team player, excellent leadership and great communication skills

  • Proactive and autonomous

  • Fluent in English (French is a great asset)
