WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
We are looking for a bilingual person who is dynamic, proactive, resourceful, interested and comfortable with new technologies and who knows the event industry well to support our Implementation Management team.
Sound good? This is what we’ll need you to do:
Support our customers in the creation, deployment, management and promotion of their mobile and web applications;
Connect customers and our technical teams based in Montreal;
Train our customers in the use of our software, configure the content management platform according to customer requirements, create the mobile application following multi-platform technical processes, ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of the content. delivered contents;
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
If you recognize yourself in the following, we want you on the team!
You’re a TRUE people person. You not only have keen interest in technology but you are pretty tech savvy;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and strong ability to learn and grasp technical concepts related to products being developed;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Analytical and strategic thinker, with good problem solving skills.
