WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
We’re looking for a proactive, energetic and client focused Project Manager to join our client experience team!
You will be involved in all aspects of the deployment of our mobile and web solutions – used by millions of festival-goers worldwide.You’ll be responsible for guiding our clients through each step: from onboarding, to deploying our solutions for their event(s), to post-event service reviews and, ultimately, achieve excellent ROI.

Be our clients’ primary business liaison and lead the smooth transition from sales, to onboarding, to deploying Greencopper solutions for our clients;
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
Oversee the internal customer care delivery process and interface with graphic designers, software developers, product managers, and quality assurance group to ensure a timely and successful deployment of Greencopper’s solutions;
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied by building and maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
Work with our sales team and ensure our existing clients renew when the time comes, as well as identify and grow opportunities within client portfolio.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
If you recognize yourself in the following, we DEFINITELY want you on our team!
You’re a TRUE people person. You not only have keen interest in technology but you are pretty tech savvy;
3 to 5 years of experience in project management and delivery of software or technical solutions, or relevant role;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects delivering client-focused solutions while paying strict attention to detail;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and strong ability to learn and grasp technical concepts related to products being developed;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Analytical and strategic thinker, with good problem solving skills;
Knowledge of project management tools such as Basecamp, JIRA, Confluence, MS project or similar.
